Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CitedLoop by DREAMLAB STUDIO PTY LTD. Final terms must be reviewed and approved before paid launch.
Service
CitedLoop measures AI-answer visibility, generates website improvements, supports publishing and measures subsequent outcomes. Results are probabilistic. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue or a statistically significant lift.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to scan, connect and publish to each website you submit. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication, maintaining secure credentials and complying with law and third-party platform terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials confidential. Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, or use the service to publish deceptive or harmful material.
Subscriptions
Proposed Growth pricing is A$299/month + GST. Paid checkout is not open. Before activation, the order summary must state the total payable, tax treatment, included usage, renewal timing and cancellation method. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled; no annual commitment is proposed. No unapproved usage overage will be charged. Cancel by contacting sales@citedloop.com before the next renewal; cancellation must be acknowledged with the effective date. A self-service cancellation facility must be verified before it is advertised.
Generated output
Subject to payment and applicable law, you may use output generated for your workspace. You remain responsible for factual review, disclosures and publication decisions.
Availability and changes
The early-access features described as under validation are not guaranteed production capabilities. Material paid-service or price changes should be communicated in advance with a reasonable opportunity to cancel. Urgent security restrictions may take effect immediately, with an explanation where it is safe to provide one. Any treatment of prepaid unused service requires legal review.
Consumer rights and liability — counsel review required
Nothing in these draft terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. The previous blanket “as is”, consequential-loss and liability-cap wording has been withdrawn from this draft pending legal review. A proportionate final liability clause must be approved before paid launch.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate for material breach, unlawful use or security risk. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without excluding non-waivable consumer rights.
