Cancellation
Paid checkout is not open. Under the proposed monthly service, request cancellation at sales@citedloop.com before the next renewal. We must confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues for the paid period. Do not rely on a self-service cancellation button until it has been verified.
Billing concerns and refunds
Contact sales@citedloop.com if a charge appears incorrect or a service has not been supplied as described. We will assess the circumstances and applicable rights. No 14-day deadline in this draft limits a statutory claim. Change-of-mind and unused-period refund arrangements must be finalised before checkout opens.
Your rights remain
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits remedies available under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law. A blanket “no refunds” rule does not apply to non-excludable statutory rights.
