This policy explains how DREAMLAB STUDIO PTY LTD (“CitedLoop”, “we”) handles information when you use citedloop.com, CitationOS and ExecuteOS.
Information we collect
- Account information, including name, email address and workspace membership.
- Customer content such as domains, buyer queries, generated recommendations and publication records.
- Service configuration, encrypted publishing credentials and API integration settings.
- Usage, security and diagnostic events required to operate and protect the service.
- Billing identifiers and subscription status. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CitedLoop.
How we use information
We use information to provide scans, generate and publish fixes, measure results, administer accounts, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, support customers and improve the service.
AI and subprocessors
Buyer queries and limited business context may be sent to configured AI providers, including OpenAI and Perplexity, to perform requested scans or generate fixes. Hosting and operations use Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI Sites and the retained Netlify redirect. Billing uses Stripe. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms.
Security and retention
The platform uses tenant controls and encrypted publishing-secret storage; end-to-end permission testing remains in progress. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion, subject to required retention.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing, by contacting us. Rights vary by location.
International transfers
Providers may process information outside Australia. Before commercial launch, we must verify the relevant recipients, likely countries, retention settings and contractual safeguards. Do not submit sensitive personal information while this assessment is incomplete.
Privacy requests and complaints
Contact sales@citedloop.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify identity proportionately before acting. A retention schedule, complaint-handling timeframe and applicable regulator escalation route must be confirmed before this draft is finalised.
